PRTTY PEAUSHUN Skin Tight Body Lotion (pronounced Pretty Potion) looks deceivingly understated, but within this clever environmentally conscious packaging is a product that fosters confidence and proactively nourishes skin. PRTTY PEAUSHUN finds amongst its fans celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ann Hathaway, Rihanna, Nicole Richie, Cate Blanchet and now (however inconsequential) ME!
The packaging is designed to leave a minimal impact on the environment and the materials and nozzle ensure that you can squeeze every last drop out without letting contaminants in.
Created by celebrity makeup artist, Bethany Karlyn, PRTTY PEAUSHUN has subtle light reflecting particles in a natural emollient base that gives the skin a gorgeous, flattering glow. Radiance conceals minor imperfections and enhances definition to create a sexy, slimmer silhouette infused with an innovative blend of natural plant extracts to lift, firm, tighten and diminish the appearance of cellulite, stretch marks and varicose veins, as well as minimizing bruising and sore muscles.
PRTTY PEAUSHUN gives my skin an incredible healthy glow (read: no Twilight sparkling skin here) with a sheer soft golden colour that melts into the skin. My arms and legs looked naturally radiant and slightly more contoured and defined. My matte foundation suddenly transformed into a covetable tinted moisturizer that I used the whole time that I was in Maui. Because it is fragrance and dye free (unlike the horrors of self tanners I have tried) there is no streaking or staining. The 92% natural raw ingredients-including avocado oil, jojoba gel, green tea and rosemary extracts, arnica, pomelo and allantoin-and handcrafted botanical extracts means that there isn’t anything that will irritate your skin.
Available in Plain, Light, Medium, Dark, and Deep Dark. I have Light and it blends beautifully in to my summer skin (aka one step above Casper the Ghost). The colour is subtle enough and blends so smoothly that I can continue using this product into the fall and winter…although I doubt it will last that long with how much I have been using it. Who knows, maybe I will step out of my comfort zone and try Medium.
